Choosing Starter Vape Kit QC report for buyers
This page is for private label sellers who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.

The reorder is the real test
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting starter vape kit. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping starter vape kits long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.
Presentation that earns the step-up
Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.
Seasonality in starter vape kits is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 3.02 to 9.02 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 100, 300 and 600 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Reference sample retained from every batch
Choosing the core line
A practical starting order for private label sellers is 100 units across two or three SKUs, not 100 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Most private label sellers arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
Specification summary
| Battery | 500 mAh |
| Pod capacity | 3.0 ml |
| Coil resistance | 1.2 ohm |
| Included | Device, pod, cable |
| Charging | USB-C 5V/1A |
| Packaging | Blister pack |
| Minimum order | 50 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 18 working days after artwork approval |
None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.
Frequently asked
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 100 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
